Need Help really fast?

For those using Windows XP Professional or have MSN Messenger !!!!

We offer Remote Help, this means we don’t even have to come out to help fix your problem.

All you have to do is follow the instructions below, give us a quick buzz and we will connect to your computer remotely to try and fix your problem. Once this is setup we will be able to help remotely whenever you need it without going through the setup process again.

1. Using XP Professionals Remote Assistance

2. Using MSN Messenger

1.0 First things first, make sure your Username is setup with a password.

To do this go to Start-Control Panel-User Accounts-Change an Account-Create a password

Once that is completed, let’s make sure there is no firewall blocking us!

Go to start and right click My Computer then go to Properties, from here click on the tab Remote. There is a checkbox in the middle that says “Allow users to connect remotely to this computer” check that box and hit OK

If you are behind a Router/Wireless Router we also have to configure that to allow Remote Assistance to pass through.

This process varies from Manufacturer to Manufacturer but the goal is to forward, what is called port 3389 to the ip address of the computer your are using.

2.0 For MSN Messenger Remote Assistance all you have to do is sign in and give us a call. If there is a Router/Wireless Router we will walk you through configuring the firewall to allow Remote Assistance.

In most cases all you have to do is sit back, relax and wait for our call that your problem has been fixed. If we determine that we can’t solve your problem through remote help, we will promptly come out and offer help        On-Site!
